Courtney fell in love with the beauty industry early in life. Having a background in theater and being the go to for hair and makeup for stage productions; it set a tone to pursue the beauty industry as a career. Married to a Marine Corps Veteran has led to Courtney holding licenses in multiple states including California, Montana, and Idaho. She has been licensed in the industry since 2007. Courtney has also worked in the product side of the industry in the corporate office on things like trade shows, model events, etc. In 2017 Courtney was accepted as a member of The Unicorn Tribe. The Tribe is a group of Artist collectives around the globe who blaze the trails in this industry each day. After owning multiple single suites on her own, It felt like the right path to create a space for other stylists with passions much like her own. Alchemy Color Lounge then came to fruition in 2019. Specializing in Rainbow hair has allowed clients to become walking living breathing pieces of art like no other.

Jessie Aldrich- Stylist
Jessie grew up in a family that allowed her to be herself in every way. She has always been creative, finding a large love for painting as a high schooler. She wanted to find a career that she could continue to be creative and express herself. The beauty industry has given her the ability to not just be unique in her own way but to help others do the same. Jessie has been licensed since 2016 and continues to take any classes she can. Furthering her education is extremely important to her for her career. She welcomes anyone into her chair and loves to bring their ideas to life!

Kendall has always been drawn to the colorful things in life. Starting in school theater, she often worked backstage, not only doing hair and makeup, but also excelling at prop design. That rooted her passion to create. It was only after she started experimenting with her hair at home that she realized the boundless opportunities that it could offer. Kendall believes that hair is a key to self expression and self acceptance. From her own personal experience she can tell you that having the right haircut or color can make you feel more like yourself. She was licensed in 2019, but has an ever-growing desire to absorb more knowledge. Kendall strives to help people feel and look their best possible selves, and make sure people from all backgrounds feel accepted and comfortable in her space.

Shayla Katrice- Nail Artist
Shayla has loved all things beauty since she was 12. From cutting and coloring her hair, to learning how to do makeup, to learning how to do nails. She started practicing all these things on herself and learned that nails and nail art is what she is truly passionate about. Shayla loves the creative outlet nails give her, while also helping people feel great about themselves. Shayla specializes in the Apres Gel-X technique and is passionate in using all cruelty free products.
Outside of the salon Shayla loves cooking, making macrame, animals, and furthering her education regarding nail technology to further better her services.

Haille Ostendorf- Hair Assistant
Haille has always had a love for beauty even at a very young age. As a child Hallie would set up a beauty salon for all of her dolls and would spend hours make them all beautiful. Haille has always had a passion for art such as painting and other crafts. Throughout Haille's life the passion for beauty never faded, so the path to cosmetology school seemed like the best fit. After graduating High School, Haille attended Toni and Guy in Coeur D'alene. Haille recently graduated with honors, and is excited to finally embark on her life long dream to work in the beauty industry. Haille holds certification in Brazilian Blowouts, and plans to continue many other education to provide the best of the top trends for her clients.

Jaymee Shepard- Hair Assistant
Jaymee has had such a strong passion for beauty her whole life. For as far back as she can remember, she has wanted to be a cosmetologist. Jaymee grew so attracted to the idea of making people feel beautiful in their own skin, and that’s exactly what she plans to do. Jaymee is a recent Coeur D'Alene Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy graduate, and excited for her new adventure in the salon. Jaymee loves Blonding and lived in bayalage, but vivid colors are her passion. Jaymee truly believes hair is a key outlet for people to be able to express themselves, so why shouldn’t that outlet be a little fun!? Jaymee is extremely excited to continue education, and to welcome those from all walks of life into her chair. Her chair is a safe space that welcomes any and all!
